In early 2026, we commenced construction on The Orchards, Greylees, as the principal contractor on this scheme for Lafford Group. The development will deliver 40 new 2, 3, 4 & 5-bed private sale and private rental homes to the village, set within green spaces and designed around a community-focused street layout.
