Steff Wright, Chairman
Steff is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Gusto Group. He started his first company at the age of 17 and has always had an enthusiasm for developing businesses and innovating in different sectors.
Steff was inspired by the Rio Summit in 1992 and has pioneered sustainability in his ventures ever since, building energy-efficient homes and empowering those communities to live more sustainably.

Jerome Wright, Commercial Director
Jerome is the co-founder of Gusto Construction and a highly experienced Construction and Commercial Manager working across all of Gusto Construction’s developments.

Sean Conway, Managing Director
Sean joined Rototek in 2021 before stepping up as Managing Director for the wider Gusto Group in 2022. With decades of experience in operational leadership, Sean brings structure and direction to Gusto Construction.
Sean is also key in leading our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust, building a sustainable future for Gusto Construction where everyone shares in our success.

Lorne Ffoulkes-Jones, Operations Director
Lorne began his construction career 32 years ago as a tradesman. Over the years he has amassed extensive experience in residential, commercial and civil development.
Lorne is passionate about building high quality structures, embracing new technologies, and prioritising safety to every individual working in construction.

Dawn Tudberry, HR Director
Dawn is HR Director for Gusto Construction and the wider Gusto Group. CIPD Level 5 qualified with over 15 years in HR management, she is focused on supporting business growth while making sure we maintain a positive, supportive environment for everyone.
Dawn works directly with people right across the company, from our office staff to the teams working on site.

Sam Smith, Contracts Manager
Sam is responsible for supporting site managers to ensure smooth project delivery, alongside managing contracts, orders and ensuring resources are in place for on-site teams.

Nigel Ward, Commercial Manager
Nigel has worked in construction since graduating in 1992 and has worked in most sectors throughout his 30+ years, finally landing at Gusto Construction in 2013.
Nigel has MCIOB, IOSH, and SMSTS status and is passionate about building high quality homes that are efficient to run.

Anna Pokorná-Smith, Technical Manager
Having studied Architecture and Sustainability for her Masters degree, Anna is committed to upholding the Gusto values by providing design and technical support for the Construction team.
Anna even studied Gusto Homes’ Woodlands Edge development as part of her degree!

Jasmin Wright, Head of Brand and Purpose
Jasmin is Head of Brand and Purpose across Gusto Construction and the wider Gusto Group. She works closely with the team on overall marketing strategy, while leading our B Corp certification to ensure we meet high standards for our people, the environment, and the local community.
Jasmin has recently redesigned the Gusto Construction website and also supports the commercial team with our tender process.

Nick Richardson, Buyer
Nick brings years of industry experience to the team. Starting as a joiner apprentice, he has gained Craft Certificates and extensive on-site knowledge.
Transitioning to a building merchant, he earned a Diploma in Business Management before excelling in buying roles across diverse markets.

Matt King, Quantity Surveyor
Having previously worked for a large scale housebuilder, Matt brings new practices to the business which can continue to drive efficiency.
He loves being out on-site, building relationships with the site teams and subcontractors.

Pat Proctor, Ledger Controller
Pat has worked for Gusto Construction for the last 20 years. She has over 40 years’ experience working within an Accounts Department.
She works closely with our suppliers and subcontractors dealing with their queries.

Emma James, Administration Manager
Emma has worked for Gusto Construction since 2016 after spending 20 years as a PA to a Partner within the Legal industry.
Over the past 10 years Emma has developed many new internal systems to help her manage a number of processes ranging from fleet and training, to house sales and customer support.

Andrew Shaw, Site Manager
Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
Starting out as a Bricklayer, he has carved a successful career path with Gusto Construction, now working in the role of Site Manager.

Darren Scarborough, Site Manager
Darren has worked in construction for 30 years and counting, beginning his career as a Bricklayer.
As a Site Manager, he oversees diverse projects, from residential developments to commercial sites, each presenting its own set of challenges and triumphs.

Rob Graves, Site Manager
Rob has 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
He started his career on the tools as a Bricklayer before moving into site management, where he gained valuable experience tackling refurbishments in the retail sector before joining Gusto Construction in 2025.

Aaron Farrell, Site Manager
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong bricklaying background, Aaron brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to his role.
Passionate about quality and known for his keen eye for detail, Aaron is committed to delivering excellence on every project.

Joseph Wright, Project Coordinator
Joseph is a driven project coordinator who's been developing his construction skills since a young age.
Now with a first-class degree in construction project management and four years of site management experience behind him, he has moved into a project coordinator role. Joseph has a keen eye for detail and an interest in sustainability.

Jasmine Craft, Project Coordinator
Jasmine has over 5 years of experience in Project Management, spanning both the public and private sectors, with involvement in strategic, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Alongside this, Jasmine is also Chair of the Constructing Excellence Lincolnshire Committee, showing her commitment to driving quality and collaboration across the industry.

Georgia Wright, Sales & Marketing Consultant
Georgia knows our Gusto Homes developments inside and out. She works very closely with our Site Managers to gain a strong understanding of the details of every build. She uses that hands-on knowledge to run Gusto Homes’ marketing, organise site photoshoots, and manage new development launches.
Georgia is also there for our Gusto Homes homeowners, carrying out handovers and supporting them through the buying process.

Guy Norton, Project Foreman
Touc (Guy) is a seasoned Project Forman with a lifelong dedication to the construction industry. Beginning his journey as a Bricklayer, he has honed his skills through years of hard work and determination.
With a passion for the outdoors and a relentless work ethic, he thrives in the challenging environment of construction sites.

Jon Smith, Project Foreman
Jon has worked in construction since he left school, which has given him a very broad knowledge of the industry.
Jon has a passion for the environment and sustainability and is a key member of our Sustainability Team.

Sam Atkins, Assistant Site Manager
Sam is Assistant Site Manager at Gusto Construction, having been part of the team for many years. He plays a key role in day-to-day site operations, coordination, and safety management, helping ensure work across our developments is delivered to a high standard.
Sam works closely with our Site Managers to oversee construction on site while continuing to develop in his site management role.

Connor Ward, Junior Technical Coordinator
Having started his career with Gusto and later gaining experience at Studio G, Connor has returned to the business as a Junior Technical Coordinator.
With a passion for design technology, CAD, and Revit, he is particularly interested in how AI can be used to simplify and improve workflow and support innovation across the industry.

With over a decade of experience in customer service, Adam brings high standards and a lot of Irish charm to his role as Customer Care Coordinator.

Lauren Ingram, Marketing Executive
Lauren is passionate about content creation and digital marketing. As former East Midlands Apprentice of the Year, she brings plenty of experience to the team.
Lauren works on SEO, writes and publishes our blog posts and keeps the Gusto Construction website up to date. She’s also out on site regularly capturing photos and videos to show the work happening behind the scenes.

Sarah Avis, Learning and Development Coordinator
As Learning and Development Coordinator, Sarah looks after training across Gusto Construction. She works closely with our management teams to understand their staff's training needs and make sure everyone has the right support to progress in their role.
She takes time to get to know people individually so she can give them the exact backing they need to succeed. Sarah firmly believes that looking after our workforce is what keeps the whole business moving forward.
