We are proud to be working with NSDC again, delivering ten modern homes at Mead Way in Balderton, Newark.
As Principal Contractor we are managing all aspects of delivery, including coordination with statutory undertakers, discharge of planning conditions and compliance with Building Regulations and warranty standards whilst ensuring the clients expectations are exceeded.
The scheme comprises four 1-bed apartments and six 2-bed terraced houses, built to enhanced building regulations and incorporating solar PV and battery storage to each plot. The scheme sits on a piece of vacant land and has been designed to tastefully integrate into the existing private housing that surrounds it, both in terms of material choices and energy efficiency.
Full off-road parking has also been incorporated alongside new landscaping and habitat enhancements such as Swift Boxes and Hedgehog runs.
