Completed in 2023, the project consisted of four 2-bed bungalows in Southwell that are dedicated for supported NSDC accommodation.
A communal garden was built at the heart of Coghill Court for the tenants to enjoy. Local gardener, Miles, was invited down to the development to lead a gardening demonstration. He showed the tenants how to plant various herbs and vegetables to share within the community.
