Rio Drive was a special project for the Gusto Construction team, refurbishing our first office building into a 4-bed home.
Refurbishing a commercial building into a residential property comes with its challenges but the results speak for themselves. We also retrofitted air source heat pumps and upgraded the PV on the roof.
