Beaufields House is a residential development exclusively for those over 55. It comprises 22 apartments, a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom units, along with 67 2-bedroom bungalows, a family visitor suite, communal spaces and gardens.
Various technologies have been employed, including ground-source heating, air-to-air heating with summer cooling, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery), and solar PV panels with battery storage.
