Home Grange was a joint venture with Longhurst Group. The development consists of 36 apartments with communal areas exclusively for those over 55, situated to the rear of Boultham Park, Lincoln. The project involved the renovation of the existing two-storey Georgian property, with a glazed link connecting it to the new three-storey apartment block.
